Hi, I’m Angie.

I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and will complete an MA in School Counseling in May 2026. I am warm and empathetic with a passion for helping adolescents, children, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, humor, and evidence-based therapeutic support. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), bibliotherapy, and creative, developmentally appropriate strategies. I work collaboratively with you to reframe unhelpful thought patterns related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and family stress. I offer Christian counseling for those seeking faith integration, but welcome individuals from all backgrounds. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you move toward healing and hope. Therapy with me is relational, strengths-based, and paced to your individual needs.

I am a lifelong learner who loves books. I have been married for 14 years, and we have a 12-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son. We love biking, camping, fishing, and exploring together. I also enjoy playing volleyball, especially in outdoor leagues during the summer.

I offer online sessions and in-person sessions in Parker, Colorado.
